I’m Ben Phoenix, founder of NEXI.TV. I’ve spent years producing live-streamed shows and podcasts for brands, businesses and creators, from corporate series to community shows. I know what makes a podcast worth listening to, and what makes people give up after episode three. In this session I’ll share everything I’d do if I were launching your show.
