The 2014 Invictus Games, hosted by Prince Harry, for injured ex-service men and women, following Jaguar Land Rover’s ‘Can and Will’ campaign, draws to a close.

The Paralympic style games saw over 400 wounded service personnel from 13 nations take part and compete over the four day event at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, which was built for the 2012 Olympics.

The games were launched following a driving challenge, hosted by Jaguar Land Rover, comprising of competitors from 11 nations battling it out for a position in the 4 ‘quickest pairs’ to go round a Land Rover All-Terrain stage; plus laps around a Jaguar tarmac track stage in an F-Type.

Prince Harry personally awarded the first medals of the Invictus Games a day before the opening ceremony, at Jaguar Land Rover’s Design & Engineering centre in Gaydon, Warwickshire.
