<p>Naturally, we were interested in the health benefits that are to be reaped from an enjoyable sex life &#8211; and Billie was interested to explore the range further! Donna showed us a range of products, explaining the difference between jelly and silicone sex toys.</p>
<p>There was an especially interesting item for couples on display, and Vibrator Kingdom are the first sex related stand to penetrate (sorry &#8211; couldn&#8217;t resist!) Vitality. On a serious note though, its important to go for silicone based products due to their elevated health and hygeine qualities.</p>

NJ was at Vitality showing off her stick on eye enhancements, which reduce the need for fighting with tricky liquid eyeliner when you are in search of that perfect flick.</p>
<p>Billie was fortunate enough to get her mitts on a pack! There are two looks to choose from : The Classic Look  and The Party Look. Billie ended up opting for the Classic set although the Party ones looked pretty cool for a big night out.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We were fortunate enough to speak to <a href="http://www.marilynglenville.com" target="_blank">Dr. Marilyn Glenville</a> at the Vitality Show, who told us a little about her latest publication,  &#8217;Fat Around the Middle: How to Lose that Bulge- For Good&#8217;.</p>
<p>Obviously as a health and fitness show we were keen to find out whether or not diet as well as exercise contributed to concentrated fat around the stomach area &#8211; or muffin tops and love handles as they are more affectionately known. Marilyn suggests that fat around the middle is affecting increasing numbers of women of all ages as well as men.</p>
<p>We&#8217;ve always suspected that fat around the middle of the body can cause health issues due to its close proximity to vital organs such as the liver. Marilyn suggests this to be the case &#8211; refreshingly her book is not so much about looking good but more about being healthy. At Gym Bunnies, we firmly believe the importance of being healthy, as looking good is part and parcel of this, so the Fat Around the Middle Plan is refreshing as it focuses on health rather than &#8216;thinness&#8217;.</p>
<p>Marilyn also notes that stress factors into the accumulation of fat around the middle due to the hormone cortisol and adrenaline which can come about due to a stressful lifestyle and/or the consumption of processed food.</p>
<p>Marilyn&#8217;s programme takes readers through a three month plan that addresses the dietry choices that contribute to stomach fat. The three month plan seems pretty straight forward, eating little and often, not skipping breakfast and having healthy snacks too. In fact, fending off weight around the middle is actually pretty enjoyable &#8211; what&#8217;s not to like about eating healthy food &#8211; often?</p>

<p>Fiona was authored a number of books including &#8216;<a title="Fiona Kirk" href="http://fatbustforever.com" target="_blank"><strong>So what the f*** should I eat?</strong></a>&#8216; She was here today to talk a bit about her  tips for fat loss which she covered in her seminar at Vitality &#8211; Big Honest Answers to Big Fat Loss Questions.</p>
<p>Fiona is all about being accessible and her plans are designed to be as easy to follow as possible, which sounds pretty good to us. She gives advice of how to change your eating habits &#8211; one of her greatest tips is through the power of <a title="soup!" href="http://souperydupery.com/">soup</a>!</p>
<p>Her advice includes a two week fast diet, which is great from a motivational point of view. Like Marilyn Glenville, Fiona advises us of the importance that good diet and exercise has when burning fat. And she agrees with our main message, exercise should (and will) make you feel better!</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today&#8217;s workout is all about the abs &#8211; strengthening those abdominal muscles. We&#8217;re not going to lie, this one burns!</p>
<p>Remember though, if you can feel your muscles working, you are taking yourself one crunch closer to a toned and sculpted stomach area. And really, who doesn&#8217;t want to look good in a boob tube or tight t-shirt (for all you Simon Cowells out there!)</p>
<p>This workout is hard, but we makes it easier by breaking it into one minute workouts and thirty second rest periods. You can use a purpose built timer like me, or the facility on your mobile phone to time yourself. This workout covers Curl Ups, Curl Up Hip Touches, and finally, Curl Up Pulses. Not only will these exercises give your stomach area fantastic definition, but you&#8217;ll also be reduce your chance of getting a serious back injury, as strong abs also strengthens your spine. If this wasn&#8217;t enough, almost every sport benefits from a set strong abdominal muscles, providing you with more power for engaging in hitting sports such as golf and in punching sports like boxing and forms of martial art.</p>
<p>As always, we want to hear how you are getting on with this. Core exercises are hard, there&#8217;s no getting away from that, but all is required is a little time out of your day to do them. And after all, these can be done in front of the TV. So no excuses!</p>
<p>As always, please don&#8217;t forget to stretch first &#8211; and always keep a bottle of water to hand. Exercising is thirsty work!</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>OK, so hopefully you&#8217;ve checked out our previous workout aimed at burning calories. But what really will ensure you look fantastic for Summer is getting a bit of definition to your body. So now its time to do a bit of toning and tightening! This ten minute workout is all about sculpting your physique, and getting rid of any wobbly arms and flabby butts caused by too much sitting around over Christmas.</p>
<p>For this set, you are going to need a set of dumbbells. Nick&#8217;s using a set of 2kg dumbbells, but if you&#8217;ve blown your overdraft over Christmas (thanks Santa!) then just grab a kitchen based alternative, bottles of water or bags of sugar will do.</p>
<p>So, now you&#8217;ve got your essential equipment, start up the video. Once again, Nick takes you through three exercises; Squat Rises, Bicep Curls and Tricep Extensions. The squats will sort out your butt whilst the final two exercises address any concerns you&#8217;ve got with your arms, providing both strength and definition.</p>
<p>Let us know how you get on with this set. You can choose the weight of the dumbbells of course, although if you&#8217;re just beginning the GymBunnies regime a light set of dumbbells will set you off perfectly.</p>
<p>And remember Bunnies &#8211; don&#8217;t forget to stretch first &#8211; and always keep a bottle of water to hand. Exercising is thirsty work!</p>

<p>Lose weight and tone your butt with this ten minute cardio workout! Are you feeling the excess of the Christmas festivities? Lost your bounce but gained the dreaded &#8216;Muffin Top&#8217;? Well fear no more because Nick is here with a fantastic routine to help you make 2013 your healthiest year yet.</p>
<p>In this episode, Nick takes you through three exercises; Snap Kicks, Jump Lunges and if that doesn&#8217;t get you into enough of a sweat, Clap Press-Ups, which will add shape and definition to the arms, making sure you look *HOT* in those short sleeved tops. These babies are guaranteed to get your heart-rate going and will melt away all last traces of those Christmas puddings. Each exercise addresses a particular body part of concern whilst offering maximum calorie burn. Remember, the harder you work, the harder the burn.</p>
