Hello 2013!Every year we sit down and decide what New Year’s resolutions we want to make for the year ahead.

Many people have fitness and wellbeing at the top of the list, however making changes can seem like really hard work, especially when the kids have a mountain of selection boxes lying around and the office cake box is ever on display.

But if you’ve made the decision to change, I want to help. You are not alone! Both myself and the Gymbunnies team are here for support whenever you need it. Making changes can seem like an impossible challenge but I know that it can be done and my own personal clients are far happier because of it.

Although I’ve already started blogging, the site is still in its infancy so we’re still in the process of recruiting members and finding out what people really want.
